Calendar
Everything your marketing did, is doing, and will do – journey sends, scheduled posts, autonomous work, planned items and project deadlines – on one month grid or one week by owner, with the brand in the switcher as its scope.
Who did it?
Every item names its owner: the teammate who created or was assigned it, the journey that sent it, or the autonomous specialist that did the work. Work nobody is recorded against reads "Unattributed" – the calendar never guesses an owner.
The people strip under the filters lists everyone active this month with a tally – "7/23", plus a red count of anything late. Tap one or several to narrow the calendar to them; the strip scrolls sideways when the team is large.
Week by owner turns the calendar into lanes: one row per person, journey or specialist, one column per day. Each lane starts with the owner's avatar, their week's tally and a progress hairline; each day header counts what is due and what is late. Click any item for its receipt – who, what, the send numbers, the outcome, the links.
Did it happen?
Every row answers that at a glance. In the grid, a check means it happened, a hollow dot means it is still to come, a ringed dot means it is in progress, and a red dot means it failed or is overdue. Finished work stays at full strength; only a past item that never happened recedes. The same four states sit in the filter row as a switch – Happened · In progress · Still to come · Failed or overdue, each with its count for the month – so "what went wrong this month" is one click, and the switch doubles as the legend.
The month line at the top speaks in the vocabulary of the month. A month that is a project plan leads with progress – "7 of 122 tasks done · 5 due tomorrow" – and a month of sends leads with what shipped, what failed or is overdue, and what is scheduled.
Where did it go?
The Channel menu at the right of the filter row lists every channel with something in the visible range, grouped the way a marketing team thinks:
- Messages – what a customer receives: Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, On-site messages.
- Reach – how you reach people: Social, Paid ads, Content, SEO & AI search, Website & landing pages, Video & podcasts, PR & media, Partners & influencers, Community, Events & webinars.
- Work – Research & analysis: the thinking behind the sends, whether a teammate's or the autonomous team's.
Tick several at once – "Email, Social" – and "Every channel" clears it. A task or plan item lands in a channel from what it says about itself: its channel and content type first, and if those are blank, a clear word in its title such as "LinkedIn", "newsletter" or "landing page". Anything that names no channel stays under Other rather than being guessed.
In month view, open a day and each item carries its receipt, not just a word, with the owner's avatar on every line:
- Tasks – Done, when, by whom, and what it produced, with a link to the article, e-mail or post in your library and to any link you attached to the task (a published LinkedIn post, for instance). Each task is described in its own words – "Founder post · LinkedIn", "Analytics setup" – rather than a generic channel. Unfinished tasks say who owns them and whether they are due today or overdue, and by how much.
- Posts – Published, on which platforms, at what time, with a link to the live post where the platform gave one; or Failed with the reason and when the next retry runs.
- E-mail and SMS sends – how many were sent, how many failed, and the open and click rates. Test sends from a builder (the copy you mail yourself while drafting) are not marketing and never appear here.
- Autonomous work – what kind of work it was and which specialist did it.
The day's own tally sits under the date: how many happened, how many failed or are overdue, how many are in progress, how many still to come.
